Mid & Front Mounted Side Flails

All flails use the same consumables

  • Width of cut:  62 and 74 inches

  • Skids:  3/8 x 2-1/2 inch full length T-1 steel

  • Ground roller:  6-inch diameter with height adjustment at 1 to 5 inches

  • Cuttershaft:  6-inch diameter operating at 2250 rpm

  • Operating arc:  90 degree up to 45 degrees down

  • Belt driven with automatic tensioner by cast iron gear type motor

Front Mounted Flails

  • Width of cut:  88 and 100 inches

  • Skids:  3/8 x 2-1/2 inch full length T-1 steel

  • Ground roller:  6-inch diameter with height adjustment at 1 to 5 inches

  • Cuttershaft:  6-inch diameter operating at 2250 rpm

  • Offset mounted for side flail overlap or optional center mounted

  • Belt driven with automatic tensioner by cast iron gear type motor
